Jess's personal experiences are what sparked her interest in helping others along their wellness journey. Facing some health concerns, along with ebbs and flows of anxiety and chronic depression, she decided to look for more holistic approaches to help manage her overall well-being.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and additional methods of self-care, Jess has been able to maintain a balance in her wellness. Although it is an ongoing practice, she is committed to her own healing and ability to thrive and is here to help support you along your path.

RYT200 (Registered Yoga Teacher with 200+ hours of training)
In addition to the 200 hr program, Jess has completed over 300 hrs of advanced teacher training including anatomy, specialized yoga styles, and trauma-informed teacher training
