Jessica is a certified yoga instructor (RYT200), Master level Reiki practitioner, and Wellness Guide*.
Her wellness journey began in 2012 when she began having health issues due to stress, and anxiety. Not wanting to rely on prescription medicine for relief, Jessica sought after natural remedies to help resolve health concerns and bring overall well-being back into her life.
Jessica's personal journey is what sparked her interested in helping others along their path. She had knowledge and gifts to share, and after realizing that many (the majority!) of her friends and family were feeling overwhelmed by life's stresses but didn't know to process that energy, she knew a space was needed for others to come and pause, reflect, renew and manifest.
