First and foremnost, Wyldflower Wellness strives to create a community of like-minded Womxn that show up to each gathering with an open mind and supportive heart. To help bring us together, we offer one-of-a-kind group classes as well as private sessions (individual, couples or small groups). Every class or session is slightly different, but each one includes movement as well as a blend of breathwork, meditation and/or creative self-care.
All of our classes and individual sessions fuse a mix of stretching, poses (inspired by traditional yoga), dance, and general feel-good movement for the body.
Some of our classes are more upbeat and will get your energy rising, while others are designed to wind you down and help you relax. All levels of experience welcome.
Mindful breathwork is powerful. It has been shown to help relieve anxiety, increase relaxation, improve focus and awareness, and has even been proven to help boost immunity. In most of our classes and individual sessions we'll utilize breathwork techniques to support our well-being and help us relax.
We believe that meditation can look many different ways. Our classes and private sessions often include time for meditation, typically guided to help you focus on the meditation and calm your mind.
Community is an essential aspect of Wyldflower Wellness. In everything we do we aim to create a space where everyone feels welcome, related to, and loved. Without a village, there is no vitality.
